Designed for diameter ranges from 4.5 mm to 54 mm, MAINTOOLS TSK machinery uses specially developed corrugated pipe cutting heads for the production of mono corrugated pipes in the automotive, cable protection, and medical technology sectors. There are no limits to the geometry of the corrugated pipes, which can be round, oval, or rectangular. Suitable nozzle sets, tailored to the corrugated pipe geometry, round off the product range.

A profiled exterior and a smooth interior layer are the basic characteristics of a composite pipe. MAINTOOLS TSK machinery supplies composite pipe spray heads in diameters ranging from 40 mm to 350 mm OD. With the use of two extruders, the exterior and interior layers can be produced in different colors. A new development is the so-called “small” composite pipe for diameters from 21 mm OD!
